Five years ago, I was not aware of T-Net International and my ministerial effects were of many activities but of low productivity pastoring over 200 people. Until a pastor friend invited me to join T-Net Training which has transformed my ministry in the area of Disciple multiplication.
In this training, I learned another truth “No task is more important for a disciple-making church than studying the Bible and seeking to develop a clear phased definition of the kind of disciple Jesus commanded us to make.”
Our church has increased numerically by 30% after developing a disciple system which has been a big stepping-stone in attracting non-believers into disciples.
T-Net training has furthermore, helped me to know the Eight Building blocks e.g.
- Have a committed and competent leadership team
- Written recipe for making a disciple
- Training Disciple makers
- Curriculum for all phases etc
My last word of encouragement goes out to someone who is very far in fulfilling the Great Commission to be more intentional in the discipleship process and to see the importance of proper motivation in encouraging willing believers to develop spiritual commitment.
I will conclude with two things;
- I have a legacy statement to achieve in life.
- I have concentrated on making disciples not church converts.
This testimony cannot sustain the many benefits I have achieved in joining TNET training.
